interesting app

Here is theDive.  Man, not easy to find on the App Store.  Have to get the letters just right.  Capital "D".

Opening screen.  Note v2.0, not that it really means anything.
Clean and simple.  Like the app design.
Note that the app, in iPhone mode, is designed to be used underwater in a casing.

Downloading would seem to be an issue.

Later, it told me the image memory was full.

Pretty straightforward.

Think I got here by pressing Shot above.
I think this only happens in trial mode, since I can't get back here.

in Shot mode but no image since camera is obscured.

Note that you can't use the filter until you buy it.
Runs contrary to some philosophies.

In app purchase was straightforward and easy.

Back to mode selection after purchase.

Designed to be used underwater.

Reminded again.

This is a shot of my Mac screen, so it is not a complete test,
but the colors should reproduce well.

Looks like a saturation boost and some guess at the color balance.

I ran the screenshot through Picture Fix.

Grouper on screen.

Once again, gaudy color.  Contrast and lightness adjustment seem lacking.

Juan
Color not so gaudy, but very washed out.

There are no tweaks at all for the color adjustment algorithm that I could see.  We know how well that will work.
I had not thought about a subscription model.
This might release us from the "tyranny" of the app store distribution problem.
If it is purchased on the computer, but only rented on the phone...

Can get here from welcome screen.

Help is online.  Won't help much at sea.

I did not rate it.
